SOAR was born from our own experience of bringing Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) into the classroom and seeing the real difference it makes. Over the years, we saw that the true value of SEL lies not just in knowing what it is or having the right curriculum, but in adapting it thoughtfully, day by day, alongside students and teachers.
People and culture
Our team is deeply grounded in school-based experience, having worked closely with educators in a variety of settings over many years.
At the same time, we draw on diverse perspectives from experiential learning, design thinking, and inclusive education, which shape our holistic understanding of teaching, learning, and growth. This blend of practical experience and creative thinking helps us design solutions that are relevant, adaptable, and designed for meaningful impact in real classrooms.
